All levels group class to carve & strengthen the whole body. These exercises, based on the work of Joseph Pilates, provide you with tools for developing lumbo-pelvic (low back & hips) stability to reeducate your CORE (abdominals, back muscles, buttocks, and inner thighs). Get results such as back pain relief, flexibility, and muscle tone with focus on control, fluid movement, breathing, concentration, stability, and postural alignment.
Advanced Mat Pilates is a high-intensity, fast-paced practice designed for experienced practitioners, focusing on complex, classical choreography, strength, and precision. It challenges the core, balance, and coordination through advanced variations of classical exercises, and challenging flow sequences. These sessions enhance stamina and mobility, requiring high muscular control.
This class incorporates Mat Pilates, Barre exercises, body weight & light dumbbells for total body training. Learn ultimate focus and core control. This is an intermediate class! Please attend Mat Pilates regularly for a minimum of 12 times before attending. Grip socks are required :)
High Intensity Full Body Burn. In every class you will work each muscle group to exhaustion, resulting in muscle stamina and endurance. Classes target the arms, abdominals, thighs & glutes, we use different props to continuously challenge our bodies and engage our minds. We Finish with full body stretching to lengthen our muscles.
Functional strength training is a type of exercise that imitates the physical demands of everyday activities. It can help you build muscle, improve balance and coordination, and reduce the risk of injury. Exercises typically involve compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. This class is fairly strenuous and requires good mobility and stamina.
Senior mobility and functional fitness classes enhance daily living by improving strength, balance, and range of motion through exercises like squats, lunges, and stretches. These low-impact sessions often use chairs, resistance bands, or light weights to boost mobility, prevent falls, and maintain independence in a safe, supportive environment.

Suitable for students of all levels this is a full body workout using the Pilates Reformer and props such as the Pilates ball, exercise band and small weights.
Suitable for students that have been attending reformer classes for 3+ months experience. You must know how to operate the equipment and change springs/positions with ease. You should be familiar with the verbal cues.
